Over the past few years, my wife , who suffers from allergies, found it increasingly difficult to breath freely after being at the cottage for a few (2-3)  days. We did some rudimentary tests and found that we had mould spores in the air. We did some research but didn't find any really practical solutions. We thoroughly cleaned areas than looked like they could be mould with no real results.

My wife discussed this problem with our family Doctor who prescribed anti-histamines and nasal spray. These provided some relief but were far from ideal after 2-3 days.

...we decided to try ozone  to clear the air and we purchased a Pro-550TS.  We ran the generator { in the master bedroom} for  approximately 3 hours with the furnace fan running to circulate the air and then allowed the ozone to dissipate. My wife, who continued to take her prescription anti-histamines,  spent a total of 9 days at the cottage without her usual breathing problems.

The log cabin was all staged. I had painted, decluttered and rearranged the furniture so that the cabin would sell quickly. But once the realtors and clients had a chance to view it, the comments were "It smells funny" Well that wasn't funny at all.

It is a totally renovated log cabin original built in 1844 and over the years it had grown it's own scent that wasn't as appealing as it should have been.

I invited Paul at Atmos-Clear to Work his magic. He arrived one afternoon and set up the ozone machine and turned it on. The next day he returned to pick it up. Easy as could be.

After that the home no longer had that "funny smell". It sold quickly. I think without the smell people had more confidence that there wasn't going to be problems with such an old building.

The ozone certainly cleaned up the smell quickly and easily. I was really pleased and impressed
.

Thanks Paul and Atmos-Clear.
